The AMG Enterprises LLC training environment provides our agents the opportunity to train at home through Instructor Led Training (ILT) where agents have a set training schedule in a real-time virtual classroom setting that offers more socialization with their peers and the opportunity to develop relationships with those they work with! In addition – and depending on the project, we also offer a self-paced, computer-aided training opportunity to our agents!
