You will need a home office, a quiet place away from your children (if you have any) the dog, the cat, anything that could be heard on the other end of the phone.
You should be at least 18 years of age;
Possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Legally authorized to work in the United State
You will be required to complete and successfully pass an automated voice assessment
You will be required to successfully pass a National Background Check (No Felonies, some misdemeanors acceptable)
Complete and successfully pass CSP101 Certification with 70% or more on the exam
Complete and successfully pass your clients Certification
